- Do I need to use a Box Spring?
- The Dormeo® Mattress should rest upon a flat surface, foundation, box spring, or adjustable base for best results.
- Why is keeping cool important to a good night's sleep?
- Staying cool is vital to good sleep. Your body temperature naturally falls in the evening, signaling that it's time for bed. A lower temperature also tells your body to produce melatonin, the sleep hormone. There's no doubt that you get better sleep when you're using a cooling mattress to stay cool and comfortable (not hot and sweaty). The American Sleep Foundation has even recognized temperature as the #1 disrupter of sleep.

- Yes! The hypo-allergenic, ultra-breathable cover adds luxury to your mattress, enhances air circulation, and wicks away moisture providing you with a healthier sleep space!
- Is it true that Dormeo's Mattresses have a lower carbon footprint than other mattresses?
- Yes, it is. Our Octaspring® Technology layers use 50% less material than regular foam creating less waste and use no metals which is better for the environment.
- Why do we require that you use your Dormeo Product for a minimum of 30 nights?
- It generally takes that amount of time for your body to adjust to sleeping on a proper support surface. We want you to be fully satisfied with your product and ask that you give it a minimum of 30 nights before being eligible to return it within our 100 Night, Risk Free Trial.
- What Materials are used in Dormeo Mattresses?

Luxury Cover: A hypoallergenic, breathable, knit cover conforms perfectly as the mattress supports your unique shape without trapping any body heat. It even has unique vented sides to allow hot, stale air to escape and cool, fresh air to enter the mattress - keeping you cool all night long.
Foam Comfort Layers: Our signature Recovery Foam™ makes up the comfort layers of our mattresses. Recovery Foam™ is a high quality, high-density, US-Certipur certified viscoelastic foam that is free from harmful chemicals, no off gassing or strong odors and perfect for gently cradling even the most sensitive areas of your body without that “sinking, stuck” feeling.
Octaspring® Technology Layers: We use US-Certipur certified polyurethane foam in two distinct densities to create our all-foam springs for proper spinal alignment, comfortable cradling and maximum breathability so that the mattresses do not retain heat or sleep hot. These different densities are used to create zoning that perfectly supports your body the way it needs while cradling you in comfort like you want!

- How long does it take Dormeo® Products to ship?
- All of our products ship from Atlanta via UPS. Shipping times are currently 5-7 days but we always hope to get it to you faster!
- What happens if my Dormeo® Mattress gets lost?
- If you need to report a lost package, a claim must be made within 30 days of the carrier stated delivery date.
- What is the warranty for Dormeo® Mattresses?
- We completely stand behind our products and your happiness is our first priority so we give you a 10 year limited warranty on our mattresses for your peace of mind.
- What happens if I need to change my shipping information after completing my purchase?
- If you need to change your shipping information after completing your purchase, please reach out to our customer care team. There will be a $20 fee associated with any shipping changes after purchase is completed.
- What is the shipping cost for Dormeo® Products?
- We offer free shipping and returns (unless you are in Hawaii or Alaska...we still love you and want you sleeping better too, but there is a shipping fee of $100 for pillows and $200 for mattresses). All products ship from Atlanta via FedEx and should arrive to you in 5-7 days.
