All of our products ship next business day from our distribution center in Atlanta via Fedex. Under normal circumstances our products will arrive to your home in 5-7 business days although we try our best to get them there faster as we want you sleeping better pronto! For a more accurate delivery date estimate based on your Zip Code please see our delivery date forecast tool above the Add to Cart button.  Once your product is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation notification along with your FedEx Tracking # by email from customercare@dormeo-na.com so please make sure to add that address to your safe list. If you order more than one item they will ship separately and you will receive a tracking# for each item. Sleep on your new Dormeo® Product for a minimum of 30 nights in your own home and if you're not completely satisfied you can request a full refund of the product purchase price.  Under our 100-night risk free trial, there is a limit of one refund and exchange per customer and/or order.
